BFRB Changemakers Global Group
Are you tired of feeling alone in your struggles with hair pulling and/or skin picking?
We are a peer support group open to adults 18 or older who want to learn more about Hair Pulling Disorder (trichotillomania) and Skin Picking Disorder (dermatillomania). We are here for you at all stages from learning what are BFRBs to recovery.
We focus on a growth mindset, learning BFRB fact from fiction, coping strategies at the moment, and life style changes for lasting recovery.
Meets: the first Sunday of the month 3:30 - 5pm Eastern Time

Barbara Lally’s free BFRB support group is now part of BFRB Changemakers, our nonprofit dedicated to empowering and supporting those with body-focused repetitive behaviors. This transition strengthens the our mission, providing a safe, understanding space for individuals to connect, share, and heal. With us, BFRB Changemakers, Barbara continues to foster community, education, and advocacy—ensuring that no one feels alone in their journey. Join the movement and find the support you deserve!

Pick, Pull, Bite: Finding the Light (A BFRB Support Group)
Laura Hope wears many hats as a clinician, behavioral transformation coach, BFRB advocate, and mother. She loves having fun with wigs and tending to her plants. Join Laura's hope-filled support group on the first Thursday of every month, 8:00-9:00 pm EST.
